By subscribing, you authorise TeachGen AI to charge your selected payment method for the pertinent charges and any applicable fees. TeachGen AI holds the right to correct pricing errors even after payment has been requested or received.
To pay the subscription charge for the Service, you will be asked to provide a payment method at the time you sign up for the Service. You agree to permit TeachGen AI to use any updated account information regarding your selected payment method provided by your issuing bank or the applicable payment network.

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method you provided, the payment information is current, complete and precise. You authorise TeachGen AI to charge you for your subscription to the Services you choose to subscribe to. We will bill you in advance on a recurring basis for subscription Services. If we change the price, we will provide you with an opportunity to cancel the Services before the price changes.
When you purchase the Services on a subscription basis (e.g. monthly, every three months or annually), you agree that you are authorising recurring payments, and payments will be made to TeachGen AI by the method and at the recurring intervals you have agreed to, until the subscription for that Service is terminated by you or by TeachGen AI. You must cancel your Services before the next billing date to stop being charged to continue your Services. We will provide you with instructions on how you may cancel the Services. You can manage recurring payments for select Services in your account. Subscription fees are generally charged in advance of the applicable subscription period.
Subscriptions (purchases) are non-refundable, Unless otherwise provided by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
You may terminate your subscription at any point by editing your subscription in your account by logging onto the application and going to your profile. The termination will be effective at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
